This boat is in good condition and comes with lots of extras. It is a typical Macgregor in that when launched, extra ballast is added by the introduction of water into a special tank located low and along the centreline of the keel. This makes the boat light for trailering when the tank is empty and yet exceptionally stable and self righting when the tank is full. With the centerboard down the boat has 6+ draft while with it up the draft is about 18?. The extra travelers (an after market accessory) will help in racing IF the person sailing knows how to use them. They also help the boat ?heel? less in heavy weather if used correctly. The wheel steering system (another after market accessory) gives this Macgregor a ?big boat? look and feel. The BBQ and autopilot allow you to enjoy a relaxing sail even more. Other than some small dings and scrapes ?Dreamer? is in good shape and looking for a new captain.
